NEWSFLASH: Summit attempt

Yesterday, Sunday evening, all expeditions in the Dhaulagiri Base Camp shared their weather forecast reports for the next coming days. They all more or less fitted in: from 2nd May onwards weather gets worst and this bad weather will remain for at least 10 days. Therefore the three Aragonese climbers Marta, Javier and Carlos, together with the rest of the groups, changed their plans. They left this morning to Camp I, tomorrow they will try to sleep in camp II, and on Wednesday in camp III. They expect to reach the summit on Thursday morning, 1st of May, if weather allows them to do so. We will keep you updated and we wish them all the best.
